Delivery, cancellation and refunds
CoreMamba paid plans are delivered digitally. These conditions do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
Digital delivery and activation
There is no physical shipment. After payment is verified, the plan is associated with your account. Guest buyers complete the claim step sent to the order email address.
Access starts if the account has no active plan. Otherwise the new plan may await activation and can be activated from your account after current access ends. The plan duration starts at activation.
Withdrawal rights and digital-service exceptions
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply to a service contract, the general period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Notice can be given in writing or on a durable medium.
Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation contains exceptions for immediately performed electronic services, immediately delivered intangible goods and services started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends. An exception applies only when its legal and factual conditions are met. A product being “digital” alone does not justify rejecting every refund request.
Cancellation and refund requests
No additional satisfaction or unconditional money-back guarantee is offered. Statutory rights relating to withdrawal, defective or undelivered services and incorrect or duplicate charges remain unaffected.
Send your request through the email access on the Contact page or to the postal address below. Include the order number, purchase email and request to help locate the transaction; missing these details does not automatically extinguish statutory rights. Do not send card numbers, CVV codes or passwords.
How refunds are made
For service contracts where statutory withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made within 14 days of receipt of the notice, using an appropriate method corresponding to the original payment and without extra cost to the consumer. Other statutory refund grounds follow the applicable rules.
Posting times at banks and payment providers vary and do not remove the business’s legal obligations. Access associated with a refunded plan is ended as appropriate to the refund.
