Sessions and security
cm_access_token and cm_refresh_token maintain authenticated sessions; their lifetimes follow the session policy. cm_rememberMe manages the “Remember me” choice, and cm_signed_out manages sign-out state. Access and refresh tokens are not exposed to browser JavaScript.
Cloudflare Turnstile provides bot verification. Cloudflare processes IP address and technical browser information during verification.
Preferences and checkout
cm_home_locale stores language preference, and cm_currency stores currency preference. Checkout and guest cookies associate quotes, orders and secure access with the correct browser session.
In the personalised offer flow, cm_offer lasts up to 30 days, cm_offer_incoming up to one hour and cm_offer_installation up to one year. They support secure receipt and use of offers.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential session or security cookies can affect sign-in and purchases.
