Seller and buyer

The service is provided by SMYRNA BİLİŞİM, whose details appear below. The buyer is the person purchasing through the account or email recorded with the order. The Contact page provides support and notice details.

Scope and price

The plan, features, 30- or 365-day duration, seat count, currency, discounts and total payable amount are shown in the order summary before payment. That summary forms part of the purchase terms.

The purchase uses a one-time payment with no automatic renewal or later automatic charge. There is no physical delivery or shipping charge. The buyer bears their own internet and device costs.

Digital delivery and activation

There is no physical shipment. After payment is verified, the plan is associated with your account. Guest buyers complete the claim step sent to the order email address.

Access starts if the account has no active plan. Otherwise the new plan may await activation and can be activated from your account after current access ends. The plan duration starts at activation.

Withdrawal rights and digital-service exceptions

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply to a service contract, the general period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Notice can be given in writing or on a durable medium.

Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation contains exceptions for immediately performed electronic services, immediately delivered intangible goods and services started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends. An exception applies only when its legal and factual conditions are met. A product being “digital” alone does not justify rejecting every refund request.
