Information processed

Account and sign-in services process your email address, password hash, sessions and verification records. Security records may include IP address, browser/client information and timestamps.

Order and licensing services process the selected plan, amount, currency, transaction status, account association and device/licence identifiers. Support messages and attachments are used to address your request.

Purposes

Data is processed to manage accounts and licences, provide purchased services, secure transactions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Optional diagnostics and telemetry are governed by the permissions and settings offered in the application. The browser extension has a separate data flow described on the Extension Privacy page.

Service providers and transfers

Technical service providers support hosting, network security, bot verification, email delivery, file storage and backups. They receive the data needed for their respective services. Information shared with a payment provider depends on the payment method and transaction requirements.

Infrastructure outside Türkiye may involve processing personal data abroad. International transfers require the conditions and safeguards under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. Necessary records are also shared with competent authorities in response to lawful requests.

Retention and security

Data is retained for its processing purpose and applicable statutory retention obligations. Closing an account does not immediately erase transaction records that must legally be retained. Records without a remaining processing basis are subject to deletion, destruction or anonymisation.

Measures include access controls, encrypted connections and session security. No internet-based system can provide an absolute security guarantee.
