Terms of use
These terms govern use of the CoreMamba account, website and software services.
Service and licence
CoreMamba is Windows software. Your plan’s features, duration and account/seat limits are shown at checkout. You receive a limited right to use the service; ownership of the software is not transferred.
A monthly plan provides 30 days and an annual plan 365 days of access. The current model uses a one-time payment with no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account and contact information, protecting your password and following your plan’s usage limits. Access by other users in group plans follows the stated seat and invitation rules.
Unauthorised access, circumvention of licence checks, disruption, harmful use and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.
Technical conditions and results
The download page explains supported operating systems and current requirements. Some features require administrator permission, internet access or suitable network and hardware conditions.
Results vary by system. No fixed FPS or latency outcome or uninterrupted compatibility with all third-party software is promised. This does not remove obligations to provide advertised features or your statutory rights for defective services.
Payments, expiry and disputes
Paid transactions are governed together with the Pre-contract Information, Distance Sales Agreement and Cancellation and Refund Policy. Paid access ends when the plan expires; no new charge is taken without another purchase.
Proportionate access restrictions may apply to misuse. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Use the Contact page to report a problem.
